Have you considered signing up for a MyFestivalHydro account to access your account's historical billing and consumption information 24/7. When signing up you can also choose to switch to paperless billing!

Payment Due Dates

If you are a Residential Budget customer you now have two (2) dates to choose from for your billing due date. In addition to your current due date, we can offer you a due date of the first of the month. If you wish to make this change, please contact us at 519-271-4700, choose option "2" for customer service, and we will be happy to assist you. (This is limited to one change of due date in a 12-month period.)
